Sustainability

Sustainability is a core principle we actualize through innovative development practices. These efficiencies save costs and help us make a greener, more responsible future. We take pride in this commitment and are constantly exploring new practices.

For the cabinets at 186 Huron, weathered wood from the pre-existing building was polished and repurposed. This recycling saved on cost and lowered the carbon footprint of the build-out. Plus, the vintage appearance was a draw for buyers.
Rather than tear the original house structures down, we recycle the existing homes to capture salvage value and reduce waste.
At Greenline's 3604 4th Ave development, exterior solar panels will generate enough electricity to power the entire building's electricity needs. This generates another revenue stream for the project while reducing the building's operation costs and carbon footprint.
